Are You Ready For 'Richlife' A Sweat Camp Phenomenon!

To christen our brand new studio we welcome Whistler legend Rich Sievewright of 'Richlife' to Whistler Creek Athletic Club

Sweat Camp Mon/Wed/Thurs 5:30pm or 11am

Richlife Sweat Camp is a program that brings 4 elements of health and wellness together

  • The workout
  • The yoga
  • The social
  • The fuel

Richlifes purpose is to use health and fitness as the vessel to create community and connection that uplift and brings togetherness and a sense of belonging.

The Program

4 week training program;

3 sessions per week at the gym

3 yoga classes per week at The Sundial

4 week progressive program with fitness tests to monitor your gains and nutritional advice

Each class includes strength training element using bar bells to lift heavy for low reps to gain strength but not bulk 

Expect squats, dead lift, bench press, TRX work out to create a strong core foundation

2nd half of class focuses on mental fitness with a 20-30 min high intensity circuit style workout to gain horse power and strip fat
