Feel energized and look great for the summer with our high intensity outdoor program!
This program features military-style sweat sessions to test your limits guest hosted by our Army veteran Chris Brook, utilizing his previous military, knowledge, training and experience. Additional sessions with trainer Allie Higgs will target strength and conditioning to improve muscle balance and function, and social endurance runs for cardio stamina. You’ll surprise yourself with how much you can accomplish in 5 weeks, and it is timed perfectly to prepare you for outdoor events for the summer ahead! You’ll finish this course with new training buddies, feeling energized and ready for anything!
• 6pm-7pm Monday, Wednesday Class sessions
• 7am-8am Friday group run
• 5 week course (15 sessions)
• Starts Monday 16th May
• $120 for 10 classes and 5 endurance runs!
• Limited places, sign up at WCAC.

Authentic military (boot camp style) workout with Corporal Chris Brook
Bodyweight Strength & Conditioning and technique correction with our Personal Trainer Allie. This will target stability, strength and injury prevention.
Endurance run along local trails.
