While exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, eating a diet that is full of nutrient rich foods is just as important. Without a healthy diet, you will not able to lose weight, keep it off or see big gains from strength training. If you are exercising just to improve your overall health, then a clean diet full of whole foods is essential. Lean proteins, healthy fats, and lots of vegetables will help you avoid developing heart disease, diabetes, or high cholesterol. Cooking healthy foods at home is the best choice but sometimes you do not have time or simply want to enjoy a meal out. Fortunately, there are several restaurants in Whistler where you can enjoy a guilt free, healthy meal. Here are our best clean eats in Whistler.
